Retention and Recording

Records are retained in accordance with the purpose, contractual obligations and applicable legal, insurance, complaint and dispute requirements. Telephone or online meetings may be recorded only where there is a clear reason and participants are informed. Recordings are stored securely and kept no longer than needed.
