Your HR Services is a unique HR tool that gives you all the HR documents you need, on-line, on your own site (with your own logo and colour scheme); and always up to date. It's like having your employee handbook on-line - but much much more...

Your site holds all your employment policies & procedures and your employees can log-in and have access to the information they need (some of which is required by law).

You no longer have to worry about having to update documents or policies every time there is a change in employment legislation - as we do that for you.

There are three levels of log-in: for Employees, Managers and HR.

Employees have access to employment policies and procedures and electronic forms to book holidays or report changes in personal details
Managers have access to management guidance notes and articles to help them deal with any employment situations that may arise
HR have access to additional HR guidance, HR template letters and contracts of employment as well as an HR tool kit.
And we guarantee that all the policies and template letters will always be up to date with changes in legislation ... and we will e-mail everyone to tell them about any relevant changes...
