Our core values describe what is important to us as an organisation and what we aim to achieve (and promote) in every area of our business. They also guide our standards, behaviour and attitudes as we measure all these against our core values. Everyone who works for Practical HR embrases these core values which are:

Trust means building trust with our Clients and colleagues. This means building good relationships and trust that we will do what we say we will and deliver what has been promised (and on time). Trust that we have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver (and to the right standard). Trust that we can be relied on and have our Client's best interests at heart.


Quality is about aiming for the highest quality (standards) in everything we do and specifically the quality of work (and service) provided and delivered to Clients. Quality is shown in the advice we give, our general customer service, the presentation of correspondance, documents and products.


The service we provide to Clients sets us apart from our competitors and builds strong relationships. We strive to give great customer service at every opportunity. We also strive for consistency in how we deliver our advice, services and products.


Excellence means striving to do the best we can every time. Striving for excellence in everything we do helps us achieve our goals and deliver great customer service. It will also ensure the quality of our services and make sure we care about what we do and how the Client feels. Always striving for excellence will help us continuously improve as individuals and as a Company.
