Practical HR has been providing HR Consultancy services to SME's since 2002.  We pride ourselves on taking a pragmatic and commercial approach to HR, and understanding the needs of SME's.

Our Consultancy services are designed to be flexible, with no long contracts, and with a focus on helping you achieve the objectives you need  for your business.

We have also developed a number of products that can be used as an alternative to Consultancy or to complement our Consultancy services.  This includes our unique First Line Support website that provides information and guidance on common areas of HR.

A common concern from SME's is about compliance and how to keep up to date with changes; and how to make staff clear about rule, codes of conduct, policies and changes. This led us to develop our unique product 'YourHR.space'. This provides Clients with a bespoke HR website, that is managed and updated by us. All employees have access and we email them when there are any changes. Having a Company HR website leaves you free to get on with running other aspects of your business!

We can provide solutions to the workplace pensions (auto-enrolment) through our sister company Practical Payroll & Compliance.
